Contact

After you submit your initial contact form, I will contact you to let you know my availability and to send you a questionnaire to get all the details of your big day to put together the perfect wedding package for you, including hours of coverage, extra photographers, travel, & more!

Once I've looked over your questionnaire answers, I will schedule a phone call consultation with you to go over pricing, payment options, and contracts.

Planning

Once you have a final quote, I'll then send the contract to sign! Next, I'll send the invoice for the 20% deposit & just like that, your day has officially been BOOKED!

About a month before your wedding day, I'll schedule another phone call consultation to confirm and review the plans for the day. We'll discuss everything from arrival times, schedule for the day's events, to the send off!

I'll also confirm that I have the contact info for all vendors.

03.

Wedding Day

This is the fun part! The last thing you need to worry about is your photographer getting there on time! I am ALWAYS on time (early) and will not only contact you a few days before your wedding to check in, but I'll also let you know when I'm on my way the day of!

I will be sure to check in with your coordinator when I arrive so I am up to date with the plan. Then, for the rest of your day, you'll find me running around, checking in with you, and running some more; capturing every special moment!

Delivery

My turnaround time for wedding galleries varies greatly depending on the time of year & how busy my schedule is with other shoots, however, I will never leave you waiting several months to get your gallery back! I pride myself in getting photos completed as fast as possible!

When the day comes, and your gallery is complete, you'll receive an email and a text from me with a link to your gallery and a Download PIN to download the high resolution images straight to your computer!
